At Fawarna, we want you to be happy with every piece you receive. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. ELIGIBILITY
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item:

• Is unused, unworn and unwashed
• Is in its original condition and packaging
• Has the original Fawarna tag attached
• Is free from perfume, makeup, stains or any other marks
• Is accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

2. WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

Kindly provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the item
• Photos of the packaging and Fawarna tag

Once approved, Fawarna will arrange an exchange or suitable resolution.

3. CHANGE OF MIND
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, including:

• Colour preference
• Incorrect colour selection
• Incorrect size or dimensions
• Change of preference
• Item no longer wanted

Please check the product details, measurements and colour description carefully before placing your order.

4. COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings and individual device displays.

Minor colour variations between the product image and the actual item are therefore not considered a defect.

5. SALE / PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items purchased during sale, clearance or special promotions are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

6. RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns or exchanges due to an incorrect or defective item, Fawarna will advise you on the return process.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processing timeline.

8. IMPORTANT
By placing an order with Fawarna, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this Return & Exchange Policy.

Fawarna reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions above.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
